As a full service company, TeQuest offers clients and technology owners a number of fee based services. These services will be detailed in an appropriate binding agreement and performed to the requirements of that agreement. The services we offer are as follow:

Anonymous (blind) Representation — There are at times when a company wants to use the services of a third party as an intermediary in seeking and negotiating technology licensing or technology acquisition agreements. We will provide this service on a negotiated basis.

Technology Evaluation — Companies that do not have the internal resources to evaluate the applicability of a technology to their needs will often contract the services of a qualified expert to do the evaluation for them. We will provide such an expert on a time and expense basis.

Technology Analysis — At times companies will find a number of technologies that offer them the potential to improve their products. They may not have the resources to do a comparative analysis of the technologies to determine which would be the best solution for their needs. When they need such an analysis, we will provide the experts to perform the service on a time and expense basis.

Proprietary Technology Searches — Most companies lack the resources to dig deep into Government facilities to find technologies that could be developed for commercialization, but have not yet been released. We will provide experts to perform this service on a time and expense basis.

Competitive Technology Analysis and Evaluation — When planning product development companies sometimes lack the time or resources to do an effective analysis and evaluation of the technologies used by their competitors. We will provide experts to perform this service on a time and expense basis.

Technology Development — Companies may seek facilities where promising technologies can be developed. Through our contacts we have access to both government and private facilities that will satisfy their needs. We can represent either party in the negotiation of the development agreement on a negotiated basis.

Technology Development Financing — Companies or technology owners may seek financing to develop a promising technology. Through our contacts we will be able to find appropriate financing for these projects on a negotiated basis.

Business Valuation — There are times when the only asset a business has is the technologies they produce. For a negotiated fee we will provide a qualified expert to evaluate the business.

Market Evaluation — Companies seeking to enter a new market that is technology driven may have a need for an independent evaluation of the opportunities in that market based upon their existing technology. We will provide experts to perform this service on a time and expense basis.

Development Partner Search — Technology owners sometimes seek partners when they wish to develop their technologies for commercialization. We will provide this service on a negotiated fee basis.

Technology Licensing — There will be times when a technology owner does not want to negotiate technology licenses themselves and will ask us to perform this service. We will provide this service on a negotiated fee basis.

Technology Purchase — There will be times when we immediately recognize the potential for a technology. Sometimes the technology owner will be seeking a quick sale of the technology. We will have our experts do an analysis and if the results are appropriate, we may purchase the technology ourselves and market it for licensing, or identify a suitable purchaser for a fee.

Company Representation — There exists many technology-based companies that for various reasons may want to find a partner to make either a total or partial equity acquisition and/or investment. TeQuest will find qualified potential partners for a negotiated fee.

Technology Marketing — TeQuest contains decades of experience in technology marketing and will consult with a client on a fee basis to develop an appropriate and powerful marketing plan consistent with the client's goals, budgets and schedules. These services can range from a detailed Brand Development Program to the creation of tactical efforts to achieve specific goals.
